ROLE UX Designer/Researcher/Writer
DURATION 2 weeks
PROJECT VISION
NestCar is a vehicle rental service looking to create an app for the employees that manage their vehicle rentals. They want to know where the rental is located via tracking devices on the cars, who is renting it and for what period of time, and the ability to respond to or hide reviews.
AUDIENCE
This app is specifically designed for managers at NestCar offices. These people are usually quite experienced with task and employee management and should have an easy and fast way of keeping up with the rentals that are in the hands of clients.

User flow of a manager tracking where Jane Doe is traveling to and how fast she is going via the vehicle's GPS system.

CHALLENGES
One of the challenges with creating this app was finding a user flow that could be completed quickly by any manager. These apps are not something that I had much experience with, so understanding the mindset of a manager at a car rental company was something I needed to dig further into to understand how this app should be designed.
TAKEAWAY
This app was the first project I've created to help with backend tasking. This was a great practice in thinking about the user flow for something niche and not public-facing.
