PROJECT OUTLINE
VieMed Healthcare Staffing is not just a staffing company — they’re a trusted partner that works closely with candidates and organizations alike to ensure they have the resources needed to deliver the best level of care to patients. This project was started before my time at VieMed but was handed to me soon after I joined the company. This site was built to solve the problem of miscommunication with potential hires on how to get their information. The website would have to serve as a hub for potential staffing employees to easily find jobs and contact a VHS recruiter.

AUDIENCE
Healthcare workers that are looking for a new position. Also could also be used by recruiters and healthcare professionals to see our services and what is offered through this division in the VieMed company.

CHALLENGES
One of the challenges with creating this site was that this design was premade before I was onboarded into the company. There was a lot of reworking that went into this site after its first version, and I quickly learned the objectives to expedite the launch of this site.
TAKEAWAY
This site is fairly simple and did not need a lot of pages to be effective. Working with job-posting engines was fairly new to me and quickly became an exciting and essential part of creating this site. The limitations were there, but I was glad to be able to problem-solve them into a clean and simple solution across all platforms.
